Simulators are limited and so are the time slots. That is why it is incredibly important to show up on time and let us know if you cannot make it.

If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your appointment will be considered a no show.

If you do a "no show" and do not call, email, or message us that you will be late or not showing up for your reservation, you will not be permitted to make online appointments and will have to pay ahead for your reservation time.
