Knee pain after exercise – why it’s important to understand the cause

I've recently noticed that many people experience knee discomfort after workouts, but they don't always understand when it's just fatigue and when it's time to address the problem. I'm curious if anyone has experienced pain around the kneecap? How did you identify the cause, and what helped you better understand the situation?

Recently, a friend of mine experienced unpleasant pain in the front of his knee. At first he thought it was just fatigue after training, but the discomfort began to appear more and more often - especially when climbing stairs and exercising. Then he decided not to put off the question and began to study information about patellofemoral pain syndrome. I found a lot of useful information on https://ways2well.com/blog/patellofemoral-pain-syndrome-causes-and-treatmentl: they explain in detail possible causes and approaches to recovery. I liked that the material helps to better understand the problem and not ignore the body’s signals.
